    Return & Exchange Policy

     We hope you love your Bella Grace Jewelry purchase! But we know that sometimes returns are necessary. We are here to make your return process as easy as possible! After reviewing the return policy below, if you have any questions, please contact us via email at info@bellagraceshop.com


    All returned items are eligible for store credit.

    Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent to us.

    Damages must be reported to info@bellagraceshop.com within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

    We cannot guarantee exact exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches us, and many items are unique one-of-a-kind pieces.

    Returns must be received unworn and in new condition.

    Once accepted, returns are processed within 3-6 business days, and store credit is issued to the customer email address that was used on the order.
